Hopefully someone can help! I ordered fitbits for my daughters for the summer holidays. The second one is fine that I set up on her Ipad. The first one I mistakenly (and naively) set up on my phone. Now we are in this never ending circular doom loop of computer says no. I cannot delete her profile from the family account on my phone (if it even is a family account - its not very clear though my other daughter is on there) as we need to reset the password and it's saying you cannot for a google account and so we are stumped. I was hoping to perform a factory re-set, perhaps deleting all accounts and resetting both fitbits and starting again. Any suggestions gratefully received. We are at our wits end. I cannot think of a worse technological consumer experience in years. Thanks
