When I select Update firmware in the app on Android, I get an error: cannot access fitbit.com
I have tried on both Wifi and Mobile internet.
I can confirm I can reach fitbit.com in a browser from the same device.
Best AnswerI was able to update both my devices with no problems by re installingas discrubed in the previous post with no problems just follow Mr photos instructions as I am akso an android user and it worked no problem on 2 devices. That I couldnt previously update
anyone is still looking for a solution to this issue do the following:
Make sure the watch is charged sufficently
Using the app log into your child's account.
Setup the Ace 3 again (you do not need to remove it first, just go to setup and pick Ace 3, it will ask to replace Ace 3 with Ace 3)
During the setup this time it will ask you to do the update.. do it.. it will work Within the setup section
