I am sorry to hear about the difficulty you're experiencing with changing the clock face on the Ace 2. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

  1. Log out of the app.
  2. Force quit the app and check if it is updated to the latest version by following these steps.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Log into the Fitbit app and check if you can change the clock face:

- With the tracker nearby, from the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the account icon > Ace 2 tile.
- Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.
- Browse the available clock faces. Tap a clock face to see a detailed view.
- Tap Select to add the clock face to Ace 2.

If the issue persists, please let me know the model of your phone and OS, I will be glad to investigate further.

I've followed these instructions for a brand new ace 2 given to my daughter this morning for her 10th birthday. It hasn't worked. Very disappointing. I have a Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime. Please advise.

Thank you. I had already been doing exactly what you advised. At the point where I select a clock face, a circular arrow spins around and nothing happens on the face of the ace 2.

I followed steps 1-5 with no success.

Uninstalled then reinstalled app with no success: When I choose the desired clock face, a blue arrow appears on screen and goes round and around, as before.
