Hi
When i try to change the clock face on the fitbit Ace 2, I choose the face I want, click it an then there is just a blue circle constantly going round and nothing happens.
Any help would be much appreciated thanks.

Best AnswerI've followed these instructions for a brand new ace 2 given to my daughter this morning for her 10th birthday. It hasn't worked. Very disappointing. I have a Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime. Please advise.

Best AnswerThank you. I had already been doing exactly what you advised. At the point where I select a clock face, a circular arrow spins around and nothing happens on the face of the ace 2.

Best AnswerI followed steps 1-5 with no success.
Uninstalled then reinstalled app with no success: When I choose the desired clock face, a blue arrow appears on screen and goes round and around, as before.
