Charging issues with my Fitbit Ace

My Fitbit ace is only 5 months old and it is not charging when plugged in! Any help with this would be appreciated on what my next steps would be!

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. If you already covered these steps, you can skip the ones you already tried. After this, charge your Ace for 2-3 hours and see if the issue get fixed.
