Since we bought Ace 2 for my child last year November it's been one syncing problem to the next. He dumped his watch for a year because of this and I decided to come see if there was some troubleshooting I missed the last time, still the same syncing problems. Last sync date according to it is February 2021.
Fitbit is just an expensive watch that promises a lot but delivers nothing. I'm very disappointed!
Going by what everyone has complained about, it seems like there's a problem with Ace2 and Fitbit doesn't have the solution to it. What an absolute waste of money and nightmare.
