Error message when trying to pair ace 2

I recently bought an Ace 2 from Amazon for my daughter as a replacement for the one she lost. However, I keep receiving error messages that it cannot pair with my device. I have tried logging out of the account and logging back in, turning the Bluetooth on and off, and restarting my phone.

Hi @Tricia_77  the minimum requirements are Android 8 and iOS 13. What do you have?
