Family account missing on app

I go onto the app and tap on the profile and I cant seem to find 'create family account' anywhere

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force stop the Fitbit app on your phone: open your phone's Settings > Applications > find the Fitbit app > select it > select Force stop.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

If the issue persists, please uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app. For more information about creating a Family Account, see 

 

Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit device is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update my Fitbit device?
