Family challenge

Hi I created my family in the app.  I’m trying to start the family challenge and invited everyone, however my kids aren’t getting the invitation?  They both have the Inspire, I have the Versa and my husband has the charge 3.

Yes, but they use their iPads.

Thanks for letting me know that you've initiated a Fitbit Family account for your family and that all your family members already have Fitbit devices. Fitbit had created an specific model for your children (Fitbit Ace 2,) to control who your kids connect with in the Fitbit app and see how active they are each day. Family accounts only have the option to be linked with the Ace family at the moment.

What type of Challenge did you start? After a challenge is begins, you can still invite other Fitbit friends. Open the challenge and find the option to invite other people. You can read more about Fitbit Challenges here.
