Feedback for Ace 2

I don’t really have a question. Just thought I’d come here in hopes that Fitbit might see this feedback since they make it difficult to submit feedback. I used a Fitbit before my Apple Watch and loved the Fitbit mobile platform. I missed it when I switched to apple. So, for Christmas I got all three of my girls fitbits; one of them being 6 years old so she got the Ace2. This platform is confusing and pretty useless. She has zero interest after the frustration of being promoted to set up her ace every time we open the app. It’s hard to navigate and is not interactive at all. How many 6 year olds do you know care about their daily steps? Can’t figure out how to earn badges, etc.  I’m not going to let my 6 year old chat with other people while she exercises. You can’t input specific goals, choose exercises, workouts or activities. I really wish I never spent the money in this and got her another vívofit. Totally and completely dissatisfied:(

@Eem0977 Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

I truly appreciate the time you took to share your feedback. We're always here to hear your feedback and improve based in the comments that you share.

If there's anything that you might want to change in Fitbit, the best place to make your voice heard is our Feature Suggestion board, those ideas are reviewed by our team and the status will change based in Fitbit's plans.

Regarding your inquiry about the message that you received every time your girl opened the app, I'm not sure if she set up her Ace 2. Because, once it has been set up you can let it sync automatically if you have all day sync.

In regards to the badges, they will be earned based in the information they sync. Check the screenshot below:
