My daughter's FitBit Ace 3 will not sync with my iPhone 15. I have tried numerous times as well as had BestBuy look at this. FitBit was purchased in Dec 2023 so we are within manufactures warranty. I have searched the sites and cannot seem to figure out how to begin a claim. What do I do?

My son's ace 3 worked for 3 days. Didn't sync for 2 weeks. It started working for just over a week and now today won't sync and pair with my phone again.
