It’s very strange that I haven’t received my Fitbit Ace2 since I ordered it in Feb my order #1056253 ..my grandson have been waiting for his Fitbit You think they have forgotten or this is a scam that I lost my #$74 .00 My hard earn money for my grandson I’m a retired grandma who was supposed to enjoy your product .Thank you Pls respond

@encaroliver Hi - I'll be happy to help you get to the bottom of this. The number you mentioned doesn't look like a Fitbit order number - at least not one that would have been placed recently. Do you recall which website you visited to place your order? Perhaps you have an email receipt you can reference.
Let me know what you can find, and I'm sure we can figure it out.
