This whole family account rubbish needs to be changed. It's getting to the point where I'm done with fitbit. It's truly disgusting that support can't help me get this thing working and are not bothered. Anyone want to buy a fitbit ace 3 brand new in box opened but never used?

I'm just wondering if anyone can quantify just how many customers they've sent to the returns line at their local retailer with this disfunction.
