I’ve set up my kids accounts with their new fitbits ace 3. When I go into the app to change the clock face, it says it’s not fully synced. Not sure what else to do?
any help would be appreciated, thanks

If you set up your Fitbit Ace 3 with your phone, please visit this article, open the menu "How do I sync an Ace tracker with my phone or tablet?" and follow the instructions.
Whether you experience difficulties to sync, you can follow these troubleshooting steps.
To change the clock face please do the following:
If you continue having the same problem, please provide the following information:
- Do you see the Fitbit Ace 3 icon on your Fitbit family account?
- Did you set up the Ace 3 with your phone or with your kids phone?
- If possible, please attach a screen shot of the message for further investigation.
