I have a Fitbit Ace 3 for my daughter. Has worked fine for maybe 10 months. Recently the screen stopped turning on. I have tried doing the hard reset on the device and the various other fixes suggested in other threads on this site. Nothing has worked. When I do the hard reset, the smiley face on the screen does show up, but then the screen goes back to blank and will not display anything. The watch does vibrate when you touch the side buttons, so this is a screen issue.
Please help!

I'd recommend you try to sync the device since the app. If you have some difficulty doing it, please see the article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
In addition, please restart the device. Restarting the device doesn't delete any data.
