Fitbit Ace band keeps falling off.

My daughter’s Fitbit Ace band is falling off the tracker. The clip part is no longer holding. The fitbit is only 6 months old and this is the second band we’ve gotten. Why does this keep happening? She’s not rough on her Fitbit.
