Hi. My Fitbit ace battery will only last a day and a half if we are lucky. It goes on charge all night. A day and half later it’s dead and needs re charging. I’ve turned off auto sync there are no alarms sets. I’ve cleaned the back in case there is dirt in it. I’ve also tried different USB ports. Any ideas? It’s still in its warranty we brought it from Argos as a Xmas present.

We have the same issues with our daughter’s Ace Fitbit. She received it for her birthday in January. The issues began in March or April. I have called and spoke to a customer service representative who advised that I turn off all of the features to see if that would help the battery life. But what is the point of wearing it if you can’t use the features? I’m fed up and ready to send it back for a replacement. My son wears a Garmin tracker since last September and has had no issues.

I snoozed and not contacted Fitbit until after warranty, now I'm stuck with this LEMON!
All my friends got their kids the Garmin that you don't have to recharge the batteries.
I have had Fitbits for years, and the ACE2 is the WORST device ever! Any knock off from China is better.
Was there a solution? My response from support was simply "out of warranty" no suggestions on how to solve, which indicates Fitbit is aware that there are no solutions.
