I bought my daughter the fitbit have for Christmas and now it's stopped working and is displaying an exclamation mark, it won't charge and won't turn on, I've tried to reset it but just keeps goin back to exclamation mark, can any1 help.as to what I have to do, thanks

@Sammylou31 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the exclamation mark that your daughter's Ace is displaying, even though you have restarted it before contacting our forums. Please let the battery to drain completely. After this, charge it for 2-3 hours and restart it one more time as described in this help article and see if the exclamation mark disappears.
