Received a fit bit and it will not charge--looked at several you videos about quick starts to no avail. Where can I send it to be repaired or replace. It was a gift for Father's Day 2018.
Looking forward to a reply regarding this problem.

Hi, @brian421717--, I would recommend following the troubleshooting advice in this help article which gives troubleshooting advice on a Fitbit that doesn't seem to be charging.
As the article says it is very important to clean the contacts gently and make sure that the plug or USB port you are using is functioning properly (test with a different port or charger)
You should also try giving your Fitbit a restart and repeat this at least twice more. Sometimes the problem is that the Fitbit is charging, but has become unresponsive -- a restart can often fix this.
If none of this works, please get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com. Be sure to tell them the trouble shooting steps you have already tried, as that will save time. They will take it from there.
Let us know how it goes. Welcome to the forums!

@brian421717-- Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Ace is not charging, even though you've watched some videos in order to fix it. I want to follow up on this issue and would like to know if the issue persists or if your Ace is charging now after following the troubleshooting steps that shared my friend @Julia_G.
Looking forward to your response!
