@Braelyn44, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Ace since its display won't turn on.

Please restart your Ace as described in this help article. This will refresh your tracker internally. After you've restarted it, check out if the display turns on.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

@Braelyn44, please follow the restart process as listed below:

  1. Plug your charging cable into a USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display. Your tracker will begin charging.

  3. Press the button on your charging cable 3 times within a few seconds, briefly pausing between presses. The button is on the end of the charging cable that is plugged into your computer. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, this means the tracker has restarted.
  4. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Finally, monitor the Fitbit Ace and see if the display comes back to life.

Let me know how it goes! 😀

I am having the same issue. When I press the button 3 times, it vibrates but the logo does not come on and it still doesn’t pair with my phone.

@teach02, thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community. Since your Fitbit Ace is not able to turn on even though you have tried the restart process as advised above, please make sure that your tracker has enough power.

Please try charging the Ace through another USB port for 2-3 hours and see if the display turns on properly.

Let me know if this fixes the issue.
