Fitbit Ace keeps switching off

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I keep plugging my Fitbit in yet it only lasts for an hour before turning off and it won’t turn on unless plugged in. Once it has been plugged in it says that my Fitbit is fully charged,  I end up needing to go onto my phone and changing the time because the time is frozen. Please can you help me.

Hi @Kiara1,

This sounds like something you need to contact Customer Support about.  It seems like something may be wrong with the battery and you will need to perform a Battery Test.

The link for Support is at the bottom of the page.

An update from my last message... I have sent fitbit support a video clip of the problem (which I see on other related boards, has been a fairly common issue of the device switching off despite battery full). Its been a week and no response from support... pretty disappointing as the issue is unresolved.
