@Kayla91 @SusieC28 @SarahC82 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I apologize for the late response. However, I would like to follow up and would like to know if your children Ace trackers are still unable to charge or if the issue has been fixed. By the way, thank you for the troubleshooting steps that you have tried.
Looking forward to your responses! ![]()
Best AnswerHi , I'm also facing the same issue. My son's Fitbit Ace was charged and then suddenly it went blank and then I'm unable to charge it. I have tried to reset it as well by pressing the button 3 times within 8 secs. It gets reset, but is not charging.

@abhisekswain Thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! i'm sorry to hear that your son's Fitbit Ace is not getting charged either even though you have restarted it before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful: Please clean the contacts of the Ace and charging cable with a cotton swab in order to remove any dust that the contacts accumulate. After this, charge the tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life even after unplugging it from the charger.
Keep me posted on the outcome! ![]()

Best AnswerThis was a Christmas gift for my daughter from someone else so we are unable to return it.
I have followed the instructions over and over as outlined here (reset charger, use qtips to clean both ace and charger) and it still doesn't charge.
Very frustrated. What other steps can we take?
