Hello, my daughter's Fitbit Ace was stolen today whilst she was at school. Is there anyway to track it or disable it? Preferably we would like it back as it was a birthday present and she uses it a lot.
Thank you!

Hi @Katzillatron, if it's possible that your daughter lost her Ace, you can always install "Bit Finder Geo", which is free and acts like a metal detector would on the beach, but for Fitbits. She would need to go to the last place she remembers having it, then turn on the Bluetooth on your phone and then open the app. It will ping all Fitbits within the area and it will get louder as she gets closer to her Fitbit.
If you are absolutely certain it was stolen, you may want to open a case with Support.
