My son wants to add a friend but we can't remember his user name (nor can the friend) and both are linked to family accounts so show up under parent email addresses. How can we find the kid user names?

You can ask to the kid friend's parent to check on Fitbit smartphone app, under account, my family. Tap the kid name and immediately below you can read the username
