My daughter’s Fitbit Ace is completely dead. We’ve plugged it in for hours and it won’t charge. I tried someone else’s charger and that hasn’t worked. It doesn’t vibrate when you attach the charger to the Fitbit. I’ve made sure that there’s nothing in the way of the bit where the charger connects.
shes only had it for 18 months and takes good care of it ☹️
