my Fitbit ace 2 ran out of battery and it will not work I charged it to 100 it did not work

Thank you for letting me know that you already try to fully charge your Ace 2. This is not an expected behavior, you did a great job reporting this.
Please try to restart your Fitbit with these instructions: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Keep the charging contacts on the back your device and the pins on the charging cable clean and free of debris. For more information, see: How do I clean my Fitbit device? You can also check the information in this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Give this a go and let me know the outcome.
