Hello!
My son has a Fitbit Ace and he has noticed that it has been shutting down unexpectedly. All we have to do is plug it in even though it isn’t dead and sync it to my phone, however, it has became a bit annoying. Does anybody know what I should do?

I would recommend restarting the device and following the steps of help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If your tracker still doesn't work after a restart, contact Customer Support.
