I need help I tried charging my Fitbit and it won’t charge now all I see is and empty battery with an exclamation point in the middle. If anybody can help please respond thx.

@RemiB Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Ace is not charging and it only shows an exclamation mark. In order to fix this issue, please restart your Ace as described in this help article. After this, charge the Ace for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hi JuanjoFitbit,
it turns out that it was the USB port that I was using that wasn't working so I plugged it into a computer and it started charging.

@RemiB Thank you for getting back! I'm glad to hear that your Ace charged properly when plugged to another USB port. I'm sorry to hear about the broken USB port though.
