My son has used his Fitbit Ace 3 for less than a week, the battery ran out and it will not recharge. I keep it plugged in and it turns on but does not go above 0%. I’ve searched online and tried all the recommended fixes, and used multiple outlets- all with the same result. It’s bizarre this only lasted a few days, is there a way to have this replaced or any options here?
