my sons fitbit wont work i set up an accont for him but when i turn on fitbit it tell me to go to www.fitbit.com/set up even though we have set up an account im getting very annoyed with this

I am having the same problem the Bluetooth on it isn’t working. It won’t sync and hasn’t been for ages. It is only a year old. Did you get it sorted?

I would like to follow up and would like to know if you are still experiencing setup issues with your Fitbit Ace trackers or if it got resolved.
In the meantime, I would like to know if this is the first time that you try to pair the Ace trackers. If so, please make sure that you are following the setup process as described in this help article.

@Becedwards thank you for getting back! Since the issue persists, I would like to know if you get any error message when trying to pair your Fitbit Ace. Also, let me know what is the brand and model of your phone.
