My sons Fitbit won’t turn on, it’s been charged and now won’t turn on at all. We’ve had it a matter of weeks so hoping it won’t be the battery already? Any help would be appreciated!! Thank you!

@Kate5469 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your son's Fitbit Ace since it's not turning on or taking a charge.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After trying these steps, charge your son's Fitbit Ace for 2-3 hours and see if it takes a charge and gets back to life.
