Ace 2 setup trouble

I just got my two daughters their own Ace 2 and am having difficulty accessing all their settings.  I have added them to my family, but the parent view and kid view each don't show that many options.  Neither has their own device to view their stats on, so it will only be me viewing and updating their settings from my phone.  Am I able to do all these things in this way?  Or did I misunderstand what this devices capabilities are?  I want to set their alarms, view their sleep, change the clock faces, etc. from my fitbit app, but I can't figure out how to do that.

@langes2006 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your daughter's Fitbit Ace 2 since it won't show her sleep and can't be set up. I'd like you to follow the tips and information that are listed in this help article.which explains how to manage your family account.

 

Also, I'd like to share the Ace 2 manual so you can see how to set up alarms.
