The Fitbit App is by far the worst app I have ever used. I have two kids both with Fitbit Ace devices and I’m forever having to reconfigure there devices to there profiles.

 

What is worse is that I have to sign in and out of profiles just to see and sync the settings.

 

its a crappy layout and the parent profile/child profile switching function is frustrating and very buggy with little sense.

 

please hire some graphic design and app specialists to redesign your app to better function fluently and view kids progress.

 

also please fix the app saving credentials features, every time it’s updated you have to sign in and even worse sometime repair the fitbit’s

@Mrdp   I am moving your post to the Ace and Family Accounts forum.  I think it is a better fit for your concern.  I think it will get better attention there.

I have a Versa, purchased at Costco. This is the worst  yet. I can't get ir past the Fitbit Logo. I have spent a couple of hours with two different Reps. First to change my Password, that did not work, again, the same thing. I finally just hung up. Why do you need a P/W for fitbitbit, and another one for FB or Google? It's just a **ahem** watch, not Fort Know. This is absurd. If it was not for the Corona, it would be back at Costco and I would not replace. It I can get all IO need from my Cell phone by using "STEPUP". works great except for Calories Burned. That is insanely wrong, but I don't care about calories

sorry for the typos. I said it is just a **ahem** watch, not Fort Knox. How many PW do you need? One for Fitbit should be enough, but no, once you get that working then you need to use either Face BooK, OR Google and start all over again. I do not use Face book, and I do not like Google

I agree, but for me, as an experiences fitbit user; I type in fitbit.com/setup and there is NO WAY to pair or install the devices that I can see.  Very frustrating!!!

I’m so glad someone else thinks it’s absolutely rubbish as well. I have two children and as they don’t have devices of their own their watches are synced to my phone. It drives me crazy that I have to toggle between the two account (putting the password in each time) so that their watches will sync and they can see what their “sleep time” was from the previous night. I myself have an Apple Watch so at least it’s only the kids watches I have to deal with - if I also had a fitbit it would be so much worse!

I just got the versa 2, notifications only works part time, when it wants to. Tried following the instruction to load personal music, epic fail. Tried using their chat help, FAIL!!

these were the 2 main reasons i chose Versa. Never again!! Time to return and get an Apple Watch . Fitbit might be cheaper But if it doesn’t work as advertised, what’s the point

I brought my Versa back to Costco. The Fitbit "help" was useless as was the fitbit. After a few hours on the "Help" line  (That's an oxymoron), I just quit. I could not get the fitbit "LOGO off the screen on the Fitbit and neither could they. Just one of many problems. Never again. I am done with fitbit.Larry D.
