Ace 2 - step count 99999 on certain clock faces

Hello! When I change my kids’ click faces to certain options like the ant or Fred, it displays their step count at 99999 and it never changes. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that the Ace 2 displays the step count at 99999 and never changes after selecting certain clock faces. I am glad to assist you with that. I recommend restarting the tracker after changing the clock face by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I also recommend making sure the tracker is syncing. You can confirm the steps to sync the Ace 2 tracker at How does my child sync Ace or Ace 2 with their device?
