Fitbit Versa 2 syncing issue after switching Profile on Family account

My issue only happens if I switch my profile on my phone and switch it back. Fitbit app say, it cant connect. I have to remove the device from the app and add it back to sync it again. This is Android on P20Pro. Please note, if i dont switch the profile, I have no issue.

Could you please tell me which Fitbit do you have? Does this happen when you switch you profile to your child's account?

Hi,

Its a versa 2. Yup it happened when I switch to a kids profile. I thought it could be some sort of permission issue, so I created another profile with admin rights. then reinstalled  and added fitbit on my original profile,switched to the newly created admin profile, switched back to my original profile, fitbit app cant connect to the fitbit versa 2.

My Fitbit  versa lite is paired with only one account.  There is no Fitbit app installed on my kids profile.  All I am asking is why is it not syncing after I switch back from my kids profile.

Do you get a message when trying to sync your Versa? Does your kid have a Fitbit device?
