My daughter’s Ace was working great. The battery died and now it is flashing the Fitbit logo. I tried resetting it by pushing the button on the charger 3 times. It is still stuck on the flashing logo. Any ideas?

 

Now it is flashing the code:

@Momteacher Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your daughter's Ace is flashing the Fitbit logo only, even though you have restarted it.
