Honestly folks no idea what I'm doing wrong.  I've downloaded the app to my kids phone...trying to login with my account and it keeps telling me that it doesn't exist and that either the password or login are wrong.  I know what you are all thinking and YES definitely correct email and password....HELP!!

For family accounts, you do not put the app on the kids's phone; it is all on your phone.
