Getting child set up on Ace

My 7yo son has just got an Ace 3 Fitbit. He does not have his own phone and I do not have my own Fitbit. I've synced the device to my Google account on my Android phone and set him up his own Google account, which it has only allowed me to do via an app called Family Link. Now the Fitbit app won't let me connect to his Google account due to it being managed by Family Link but this was the only way I could get him an account. Feel like I'm going round in circles with both Google and Fitbit. Any advice much appreciated!

Hi, @SallyWilson! Check out this article for instructions. It looks like it should work, but I'm not too familiar with the process.
