Help syncing Ace 2

How do I sync my son’s ace 2 Fitbit?

i have him setup as family on my Fitbit account.

he keeps letting his Fitbit lose charge completely so it has to be reset / synced again.

context - he spends 5 consecutive days at his dad’s then 5 days at mine

If your son is syncing his Ace 2 with a different mobile device every 5 days, it is not necessary to set it up but just access the Fitbit family account and sync. For instructions, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I sync an Ace tracker with my phone or tablet?".

 

To resolve syncing issues, we recommend following these instructions.
