How do I make Ace 3 sync?

I bought Ace 3s for my kids and an Inspire HR for me.

I need to know how do you make them sync?

My entry here was a cry for help - someone must know!

First you have to set up a parent account before the Aces will sync. You'll need to set your up before those though
