How do i switch users

Im trying to fix the birthday on my son account and how do i switch users on the dashboard on computer version of the fitbit.

@Mickybab Hi and Welcome - not sure if changes can be made via your desktop account it may have to be done on the device you set you son's account up on - have you double checked the following article that may give more information while waiting for someone who has done this procedure or a Moderator/committee member sees this post and adds more information

This is for the UK but should you need to change country scroll to the bottom and look for United Kingdom with a down arrow next to it and click on the arrow now you can select your relevant country and the page will refresh

The childs account can not be accessed through the web, only through the app.

so basically as per my post ? you are just confirming that it cannot be done via web

Correct, through the Samsung, open the Fitbit app, switch to the family account, tap on the childs account, tap the settings box, change the birth date.

Hi @ashwolve @Mickybab @Rich_Laue, it's great to see you in the Fitbit Community.

I would like to clarify, the date of birth is locked after a child account is created, so in this case it will be necessary creating another Child Account. Additionally, please make sure to remove the Fitbit Ace from the current child account, and then set it up to a new account with the correct date of birth. Then, you can delete the old account.

If you have downloaded the Fitbit app on your computer, you can access the child account by clicking the Account icon > Family account > Switch.
