Today (unusually) Fitbit asked me to Login which I did. Later noticed the time clock has jumped forward one hour ahead of correct time. Can't find how to correct on Fitbit App. Can anyone please help?

@Bourtree welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Ace since it doesn't show the correct time.
Please restart your Ace as described in this help article. After this, sync the tracker and see if the time gets corrected. Make sure that the device you sync your Ace with, has the correct time since the tracker adopts the time of the device is being synced with.
Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

How can I reset the time on my kids Fitbit Ace without it being connected to a devise? Their aunt bought the fitbits so they're connected on her account, so how can I update the time on the Ace without having her account information .??

@CG79 thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community. Regarding your inquiry, I'm afraid that the Ace needs to sync with a device in order to have the time corrected since it adopts the time that is synced with.
As an alternative solution, If you have a compatible device, you can ask their aunt if she is willing to give you access to her Fitbit account so you can access to the kid's view and sync your child's Ace in order to correct the time.
Let me know if you have any questions.
