How to find lost Fitbit Ace

My daughter has lost her Fitbit however when I go it shows it was synced on 13.09.20 at 20:47 I’m assuming from this the Fitbit has to be within a certain distance.  The Fitbit is now needing charged so won’t sync.  Can anyone help with the distance to allow the phone to sync thanks
