Hello, how can I be on more than one family account?  My sister has her kids on one, and I have mine on one…. But it isn’t letting the kids join family face offs / BINGO etc 

Is there a setting that needs changed so that all the cousins can compete together?

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand your concern and would like to advise that users can only belong to 1 Fitbit family account. Families have a maximum of 11 members. The 11 members can be any combination of guardians, members and children. Your kids can add friends by following the steps in this help article: How does my child add friends in the Fitbit app?
