Incorrect password

Hello I’m trying to switch from child view to parent view . Forgot the password so reset it and it won’t let me in . Tried many tines and it still says incorrect password !!! Help please ! 

I cant get out of child view !!!

Thank you for your efforts to resolve the issue and letting me know that you've tried to reset your passwordUpon checking with our support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution, please keep working with them.

Stuck in child’s account can’t remember my password

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing that you're stuck in child's account since you can't remember your password. When you enter the incorrect password, you should see the option "Forgot password". If you click on that you will see the option for the reset password email to be sent.
