Long update time for Ace 2

I've been waiting for my daughter's Ace 2 to finish updating for 2 hours, is this normal for this device? It's only about half way through. My other Fitbits have never taken this long to update..

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about the long time your daughter's Ace 2 is taking for the firmware update. I would like to advise that updates may take up to an hour or more to complete. Please be sure to have the Ace 2 attached to the charger while updating. Step by step instructions to update the Ace 2 can be found here.
