My 10 year old misplaced his brand new ace. It’s here in the house somewhere. Unfortunately because We have a shared family account I can’t track his. I got the find my Fitbit app but only my Alta will track as lost, the ace doesn’t show up. I tried turning off the Bluetooth to my Alta as well as forgetting this device. When I do that it’s saying my son’s Ace is connected somewhere per Bluetooth but due to family share it doesn’t come up. Any thoughts?

Best AnswerHi @Knight1103
Try setting a silent alarm on the lost Ace. You able to sync?
Be sure to listen because the silent alarm is more of a vibration, but sometimes it can rattle against things to make noise.

Kids! Glad you found it @Knight1103
Wondering how quiet you got the place waiting for that silent alarm!
Thanks for the update.

Hello, and welcome to the forums @Knight1103, I hope to see you around more often. Sorry to hear about the lost Fitbit Ace.
Lol, that was a great outcome for the whole situation, I'm sure this will be very helpful for other parents using family account and that are also getting new Ace devices for their kids. Many thanks for providing this solution @Odyssey13!
