Lost access, not linked, can't remember email

My child's Fitbit stopped syncing. It's no longer connected as a device under my account. I can see her child account but that's it. We don't remember her google account email address (made one up just for this since little kids don't need/want a google account). I can't see her google account email address anywhere in the app under my login or in the newsletter I get on her status. How can we get this back? I read other replies on this topic but none were helpful to this specific issue.
