New Ace 2...several issues

Bought an Ace 2 and opened it yesterday. Set it up, what seemed like, flawlessly.
However, my steps are showing on her device. I have her connected to my device as her iPad is older and I didn’t want to try setting up on there, and when I go into Kid View cannot see anything but activity. Steps and sleep do not show up.  When I go to Discover tab it will not let me add steps or sleep. Just tried to restart her Ace 2 while she was asleep and it was on her wrist and it wouldn’t restart. Checked for update and it’s already updated, it says.
Please help! She is so excited to have it and I don’t want to return it 😞

Taking it off the account and starting over seems like it would be the best way to do it, just to be certain. You shouldn't need to do it on a separate device, though. There's a set of setup instructions here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2346.htm They're pretty generic, but maybe it will help to get the account set up anyway. I'm guessing you can skip most of the initial steps, since you already have the account set up for her. Good luck and please report back!

Hi, @Msmccarts05! Sounds like you may have set it up on your main account instead of on the child's account.

@MakMakdo you recommend taking her Ace 2 off my account completely and starting over or maybe using a different device completely? I can switch from Parent View to Kid View and it shows her name, etc in Kid View. Just no stats.
