Hi.
Child#1 has had an Fitbit Ace2 for about a year and each week I get a report via email on the steps achieved, etc. Very handy
Child#2 had a Fitbit Ace3 for Xmas and I now receive a weekly report.
However, since the reports for Child#2 started, the reports for Child#1 have stopped? Anyone know why?

If you have set up your children Fitbit Ace devices with your mobile device, please be aware that you must sync each tracker individually. For instructions, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I sync an Ace tracker with my phone or tablet?".
Whether you continue having the same issue, please set up your Fitbit Ace 2 as a replacement device:

They are synced with the Child's tablets, not my device, but my email/account is used as the account for setup
