Not receiving the verification email

Hi I’m just trying to set up my daughters Fitbit - I have one so I clicked create family thing. It keeps saying verify email but it looks like I already have a running account and no emails are coming through to verify email! Very frustrating

If you haven't done so, please check your spam folder.

 

Whether you still don't see the verification email, I would recommend logging out from your Fitbit account, reboot your phone and log back in. Then, try once again to create a family account. For instructions please visit this article, open the menu "How do I create a Fitbit family account?" and follow the instructions.
